    Description

    This is a matched pair of 1931 license plates from Maryland.
    These plates are good and straight and were used for shingles so they have been painted on the front sides and this has protected the metal.   They both have an extra small nail hole on the right edge,  and one plate has a cut in the metal at the top, right bolt hole.
