    Up for auction is this Collectible Pie Bird
    Fanny Pheasant
    by Cubboard Classics
    This pie bird measures 5” tall and is not marked.
    Chuck and Linda Myers began making pie birds in 1992 under the name of Cubboard Classics.
    Fanny Pheasant was among the first nine pie birds that were offered.
    She originally sold with a hang tag; only 31 were sold before she was retired.
    You can find a similar one pictured in Linda Fields book, "Four & Twenty Blackbirds" volume 1, page 17.
    Please note that the beak is broken off and has been taped on; it can be glued back on – please see all photos for her condition.
